Loo Jue Xin :DToday we were seperated into group of twos, i was being grouped up with Anthony Tan (: We woke up and had our breakfast as usual in the hotel. Set off at around 7.30am, on the bus, most of the people were asleep cause we were too tired. Reached Anning Middle School around 1 hour later, our names were then called to meet our buddy for the day and their parents. First, they brought us to their home, which is quite near to their school. They offered us tea and apples and that's very hospitalble and friendly of them.   We left their house, went to a park and they brought us to a little amusement park in it ! We played the bumper cars together, had lots of fun with them and realised they were quite good at that.  The name of the park :D  The amusement park!  Bumper Cars in chinese words. Went to a shopping center opposite of the park and their mum went to the supermarket while we went upstairs to see what we could do. They suggested to take neoprints with us and i realised that Singapore, we usually take neoprints in groups but they are different in Kunming/China, they like to take neoprints indivisually. After that, we went upstairs and to the arcade, we played the basketball game. We had lots of fun and they were real good at it, so were us.  Had lunch with them at some Chinese Restaurant. I didn't eat much as i was sick and had some sweet porridge instead. But their parents still encourage me to eat some dishes. Anthony ate 3 bowls of porridge and 3 bowls of rice, guys eat more than girls.    A sundial. When we were full, we left the place and went to a temple up on a hill or something. The place is real nice, and we just pay a visit there.  After that, we headed to a mountain place called the "feng shan". Met lots of schoolmate there cause most of the parents brought us there and i think its a ideal place for us to visit. They brought us to quite a few places after that, and we went back their home as the time is getting late. They gave us a big piece of dried tea leaves each, i think which cost a bomb. And we think that we shouldn't take such expensive things from them but they insist that we should take it. They drove us back to Anning Middle School and we bid farewell :D  |
